Our Story

Founded in 2016, Roam Sales Agency was born from one man's passion for being outside and selling good sh*t. Andrew Howard was a veteran in the industry, brands and retailers alike recognized the potential this agency had with him at the helm. It continues to thrive today thanks to his hand-picked team, now led by his widow.

Meet The Team

Though vigorous about driving sales and keeping our retail partners happy, we also partake in this active lifestyle we sell.

We are adventurers and plane hoppers. Go-getters and gear testers. Voracious campfire chit-chatters. Foodies, winos and beer snobs.

But most of all, we're just lucky to love what we do.

Principal Rep

Karla Canamaso

A graphic designer for 13 years, Karla joined the sales side in 2023 to keep her husband Andrew's true passion alive. Tenacious, fun and hard-working, her efforts got her voted onto 360AC's Board of Directors and Top 25 Indy Reps of the Year at GOA.

When not driving 1000's of miles or talking product, Karla lives for adventure travel, skiing fast, and eating good food.

Sales Operations

Jeannine "J9" Munson

The focal point of contact for both vendors and retailers to obtain service and information. She is the brain behind the scenes and excels at running the day-to-day to aid the team in driving sales. Detail-oriented and precise, Jeannine is our wonder woman!

When not putting out fires left and right, J9 finds joy in reading, walking her dogs and playing soccer.

Retired / Mentor

John Holcomb

John had 25+ years of experience in Sales, Store Operations and Merchandising. Thorough, thoughtful and determined, his 7-year tenure at Roam provided our retailers all the tools to drive sell through. and aid in visual merchandising.

Though retired as of September 2025 and enjoying time with family and traveling, him and Karla still talk work at least once a week.

Andrew Howard

Founder

Andrew had 30 years of experience as GMM of a prominent outdoor retailer in the DC Metro Area. He made the transition to sales in 2016 and was well-versed in connecting buyers’ wants and needs. He was Teva's 2018 Rep of the Year and continued to work tirelessly even after he was diagnosed with cancer. Sadly, he passed away on June 18, 2023 and we continue to honor his legacy by keeping his agency alive.
